Terms for Leadoca Services
These terms govern use of the Leadoca website and enquiries about its services, including B2B lead generation automation and custom customer-facing AI assistants. A signed proposal or service agreement may contain additional terms for a specific engagement.
Acceptance and Service Agreements
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully. The scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, responsibilities, and any additional terms for a paid engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, obtaining permissions needed for their data and outreach, and ensuring instructions and materials they provide may lawfully be used. Clients should review targeting, message content, and workflows before launch.
Services and Scope
Leadoca may provide prospect research, lead review, personalized outreach workflows, follow-up automation, reply routing, appointment-setting workflows, and custom AI assistants for a client's customers. What is included depends on the agreed scope and the availability of required tools and access.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing dates, payment methods, recurring charges, and cancellation terms will be stated in a written proposal or service agreement. No software subscription or free trial is included unless it is explicitly offered in writing.
Data and Confidentiality
Each party should handle personal, business, and prospect information only as permitted by applicable law and the agreed service terms. Clients should not provide data they lack permission to share. Data handling and confidentiality requirements for a paid engagement will be documented in its written agreement and read alongside the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains rights to materials it owned before an engagement. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, supplied content, and third-party tools will be defined in the applicable proposal or written agreement.
Results and Limitations
Leadoca aims to build and manage repeatable workflows, but does not guarantee a specific number of leads, replies, meetings, contracts, or revenue. Results depend on factors including market fit, targeting, offer, data quality, deliverability, customer decisions, and third-party services. Any liability terms for a paid engagement will be stated in its applicable agreement and remain subject to law.
Changes or Termination
The process for changing scope, pausing work, or ending a paid engagement will be set out in its written agreement. Either party should raise material issues promptly so they can be addressed under those agreed terms.
Updates to These Terms
These website terms may be revised as services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated. Engagement-specific agreements may take precedence for the services they cover.
Applicable Law and Disputes
The applicable governing law and dispute-resolution process, where relevant, will be set out in the written service agreement.
